MoneyTrail does not collect, transmit, or store any personal or financial data on external servers. All information you enter — including income, expenses, debts, transactions, and household details — is stored locally on your device using on-device storage.

2. No Account Required

MoneyTrail does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number to use the app.

3. Data Storage

All app data is saved directly on your device. We do not have access to your data, and it is never uploaded to any cloud service or third-party server. If you uninstall the app, your data will be permanently deleted from your device.

4. Data Export & Backup

MoneyTrail offers optional export features:

• PDF Reports — You can generate PDF summaries of your financial data. These files are created on your device and shared only through your device's native share sheet.
• JSON Backup — You can export a full backup of your data as a JSON file. This file stays on your device unless you choose to share or transfer it.

You are solely responsible for any data you choose to export or share outside the app.

5. Third-Party Services

MoneyTrail does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not use cookies, pixels, or any form of user tracking.

6. Children's Privacy

MoneyTrail does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. Since the app does not collect any personal data from any user, it is compliant with COPPA and similar regulations.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
